The official 2021 AMS annual meeting's Guide for Chairs & Presenters is now available. It has everything you need to know about what to expect on your session day, including a chair/presenter checklist, info about the Whova platform, and how to ask or receive questions.

The Presenter & Chair training video has everything you need to know about what to expect on your session day, including how to how to access the event platform and set up your profile, how to access and manage your session, and best practices for presenters and chairs. To further ensure that you are comfortable presenting during your session, we have also scheduled a live Q&A session on Thursday, 4 November at 3:00pm CT / 4:00pm ET. The session will run 30-40 minutes to allow ample time for questions.
